Open Your Eyes

" [For I always pray to] the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, that He may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation [of insight into mysteries and secrets] in the [deep and intimate] knowledge of Him,
By having the eyes of your heart flooded with light, so that you can know and understand the hope to which He has called you, and how rich is His glorious inheritance in the saints (His set-apart ones)," Ephesians 1:17-18 (AMP)

Paul was praying here for the church in Ephesus to have a revelation of the hope to which they were called. Revelation is important to us as believers, one of the the greatest revelations we as Christians can have is who we are...what we are called to do. The key to that is spending time with Him, in His presence. The more time we press in toward Jesus the more our calling becomes clear, the more we are equipped. Praying tonight for a spirit of wisdom and revelation of Him to be manifest in us. God wants a church wholly filled with Himself, so we can show Him to the world.

First Timothy 2:4

"(God) wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the Truth" (1 Tim. 2:4).
"A "World Changer" is someone with vision. Vision is stimulated and stirred up by the Word of God. This Scripture exposes one of the most essential passions in the heart of God - that everyone would be saved and come to a knowledge of the Truth.
When God says all, He means all. He won't be satisfied with just a few people; He wants all people.
This vision inspires "World Changers". They constantly look for ways to be used by God to affect all people. They pray about it. They think about it. They want to do something to attain God's ultimate goal of reaching all people.
You need to let this Scripture get underneath your skin. You need to let it start beating in your heart so that in every realm of life - missions, your hometown, school and work - you start seeing God's heart and compassion for all people.
Everything you do or say will come from the fact that God wants all people to be saved.
First Timothy 2:4 is not just a neat little Scripture that happens to be in the Bible. It's the very heartbeat and passion of the living God. There is nobody beyond His reach and nobody He doesn't want to reach. There is nobody that His Son's blood wasn't shed for.
As a "World Changer", you see and embrace that and extend your vision to be enveloped in God's vision that all people will be saved. Begin now to pray for people you see every day to be saved."

Vision...

Thinking about how so much of the work of personal and church ministry is unseen. Now that is the key here, it may be unseen but not UNKNOWN. Habakkuk 2:2-3
" Write the vision...Though it tarries, wait for it;Because it will surely come...."
He gives us each a vision that we need to keep before us. It is our future, so we know the future just not all the details, just yet. Tonight lets pray for clarity of vision, for each of us to act on the God given ideas and plans they have been given. No holding back, moving forward to the KNOWN future, God's plan for us is good and not evil (Jer.29:11) and we know that God gives us victory through Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:57).

See What He Sees, and Don't Let Go

God has given each one of us dreams and desires. He placed these in us before we were ever born, for this day and time. Its time to bring those dreams and desires for your lives to the forefront. We are told in Habakkuk 2:2 "to write the vision down, make it clear so even running it can be clearly read." I urge you to if you haven't yet, write down your vision as God has given it to you, if you already have bring it out and re-read it. Today is the day, remember your first love, remember what excitement you had when God first revealed that dream to you. It's an exciting time to be alive! Pray for direction and what steps need to be made to achieve that vision. Pray for direction on how you can help others achieve the vision given to them. We are made to work together for the purpose of kingdom expansion. Our Father has so much love for each one of us, He see's you successful and thriving. Grab hold of that, not just for yourself but for this church, dont let go!

New DNA

Remember we are called to be different! From the moment we accepted Christ as Saviour our DNA was changed. No longer do we have to bow down to that old man but wake up to life as the new man, the fullness that God envisioned when He created Adam.

A Call to Holy Living

"So prepare your minds for action and exercise self-control. Put all your hope in the gracious salvation that will come to you when Jesus Christ is revealed to the world. So you must live as God’s obedient children. Don’t slip back into your old ways of living to satisfy your own desires. You didn't know any better then. But now you must be holy in everything you do, just as God who chose you is holy. For the Scriptures say, “You must be holy because I am holy.” 1 Peter 1:13-16 (NLT)

A Prayer of Praise

"Now all glory to God, who is able to keep you from falling away and will bring you with great joy into his glorious presence without a single fault. All glory to him who alone is God, our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord. All glory, majesty, power, and authority are his before all time, and in the present, and beyond all time! Amen." (Jude 1:24-25 NLT)
Take tonight to go to the Father in praise.....So much going on in Israel and here at home that the devil would like to use to make us despair, but Glory To God! Our Father is all powerful, Jesus already paid the price and the Holy Spirit is waiting to guide us in all we do. Amazing isn't it? Thank God for the protection already given to us, the peace already available, the security not given by man but by the Creator Himself. In these days ahead look to Him, not government. Pray for earthly leadership 1Timothy 2: 1-7, and mean it! Pray Psalm 91 and know its true.

His Gifts, Your Purpose!

"God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another. Do you have the gift of speaking? Then speak as though God himself were speaking through you. Do you have the gift of helping others? Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies. Then everything you do will bring glory to God through Jesus Christ. All glory and power to him forever and ever! Amen." 1 Peter 4:10-11 (NLT)

God placed each of us here at this time with a specific purpose. Know that before you were born before the earth was with form He knew you. Each of us has a part in His plan. Be excited! Pray for one another to not hold back on the gifts He has given. That all we do glorifies God and shows others Jesus in us. Pray that spiritual ears are open to the guiding of the Holy Spirit. Everything we do needs to start
with and end in praise to our Father. Let the world see that we are men and women of faith, not just in word but in all we do. Live rightly, loving God and His ways.

Our kids are worth more than just good enough!

Today is the day to stop asking less than Gods everything for our children. Let's not pray for our children to "just be good" I believe we need to be praying for GODLY children. Children that are not recognized by the worlds standard of "good" but are standouts of Jesus righteousness! Walking about doing good and healing the sick and broken hearted.....no limits on what amazing things God the Father has in store for this generation.

Dream BIG

Proverbs 29:18 says, "Where there is no vision, the people perish..." (KJV).

You have got to have a vision—a dream—if you want to accomplish all that God has for you. It is time to think big, pray big, and DREAM BIG!
God uses ordinary people to do extraordinary things. It all starts with a dream. Every invention that was ever discovered, every ministry that was ever started, began with a dream.

What about you? Have you stepped into your place, do you know what that place is? What is it that fires you up, gets your heart beating?  Are you spending time with God learning how that spark in you is part of His dream for you?  What you need to be doing?

Pray and really focus on the vision God has sent to you, that there is clarity. Then don’t just sit around waiting GO, do what He says do. Think it’s impossible? It probable is… IF you’re trying to do it on your own, but watch out world if you let go and give the Holy Spirit control the impossible not only becomes possible it becomes fact!

God Wants to Heal America...

It is not the government of America that will save it. Not a man in governmental office who will change America's path. As Americans we do not receive our safety from armies of men. One thing will save and protect this land, the hand of God. We as Christians have arrived at a time to put our faith in action, it's time to pray in one accord.

" if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14)

He wants to forgive our sins, heal our land. Nineveh was a place so bad Jonah didn't want it or it's people forgiven, but God did! The people turned to God and prayed from the highest to the lowest. It would have only taken 10 righteous for Sodom to have been spared! What does that have to do with America? God is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow when we grab hold of that in our "knowers" and put our faith into prayer for our country change can not help but happen!

Think about it, we have more than ten right here praying and we are not alone. All across this nation Christians are praying alone, with their families, small groups, and large groups via internet and phone. Know you are here for this time for a purpose. We are blessed to live in this country at this time, thank God for it.

Holy Spirit Power

But you, dear friends, must build each other up in your most holy faith, pray in the power of the Holy Spirit, (Jude 1:20 NLT)

God is so good with the Word He has given us! We pray in the Holy Spirit to build ourselves and each other up. We are "one" body we must work together, we each have specific task and gifts to accomplish and share. To do that we must keep built up in the Spirit, by doing that we are able to help strengthen not only ourselves but our brothers and sisters. We pray power and boldness tonight for those stepping out. It's time to go and set the captives free!!

Show Them...

Do you have any idea how much God loves each one of you? You are his treasure, so important that Jesus gave his life for yours! Amazing isn’t it? He loves you so much! He loves us individually, each and every one of us and not because we loved Him first. We have each been loved since before time began when in His amazing plan for mankind He planned you! Cool, huh?!

What has this got to do with prayer? Everything! This week make it a priority to show God’s love to someone. At work, at home, the store, school, dr.’s office, even walking the dog(!) wherever you go this week look for opportunities to be a light for Him, to be His hands and feet. Show someone that they are not alone.

Tonight and all week long purpose to pray for wisdom, boldness, discernment, and opportunities to be the link someone needs to meet our Lord.

Love One Another

“Dear friends, I am not writing a new commandment for you; rather it is an old one you have had from the very beginning. This old commandment—to love one another—is the same message you heard before.Yet it is also new. Jesus lived the truth of this commandment, and you also are living it. For the darkness is disappearing, and the true light is already shining.”  1 John 2:7-8 (NLT)

The church should be a haven of love for the hurting. Every Sunday morning, strangers, first time visitors, find their way into our congregations through the front door. They are  looking to find someone/family to love them. To show them the love of Jesus (even when they don't know that is what they are searching for!). The church is built upon the capacity to express our love to God as well as our hurting neighbor, not bigger and better programs. Love builds the church.

Easter is coming quickly, a time when many people will be visiting our churches, many of these people may never have thought of walking into a church except during Easter or Christmas…..Lets give them a reason to come back! Start praying now for these “new people” that a
once/twice yearly visit turns into a new way of life. A new life in Christ, revelation that living for God, being a Christian is not something that sits on a shelf gathering dust through the year and only brought down on holidays and “in case of emergency” needs.

Pray for new ways to love one another, to reach out to others. That people may walk in strangers but do not stay that way, they become family.

Pray for wisdom and discernment for new ways to make connections with people you meet and come in contact everyday.

Press in, Psalm 83

Today is not a day to remain silent. We must press in. Psalm 83 is a prayer written precisely to frustrate conspiracy against Israel. Speak it out and pray in the spirit. God has a mighty plan in place concerning Israel and America is a part of that and no man can stand in the way.

"KEEP NOT silence, O God; hold not Your peace or be still, O God. For, behold, Your enemies are in tumult, and those who hate You have raised their heads. [Acts 4:25, 26.] They lay crafty schemes against Your people and consult together against Your hidden and precious ones. They have said, Come, and let us wipe them out as a nation; let the name of Israel be in remembrance no more. For they have consulted together with one accord and one heart; against You they make a covenant– The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites, of Moab and the Hagrites, Gebal and Ammon and Amalek, the Philistines, with the inhabitants of Tyre. Assyria also has joined with them; they have helped the children of Lot [the Ammonites and the Moabites] and have been an arm to them. Selah [pause, and calmly think of that]! Do to them as [You did to] the Midianites, as to Sisera and Jabin at the brook of Kishon, [Judg. 4:12-24.] Who perished at Endor, who became like manure for the earth. Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb, yes, all their princes as Zebah and Zalmunna, [Judg. 7:23-25; 8:10-21.] Who say, Let us take possession for ourselves of the pastures of God. O my God, make them like whirling dust, like stubble or chaff before the wind! As fire consumes the forest, and as the flame sets the mountains ablaze, So pursue and afflict them with Your tempest and terrify them with Your tornado or hurricane. Fill their faces with shame, that they may seek, inquire for, and insistently require Your name, O Lord. Let them be put to shame and dismayed forever; yes, let them be put to shame and perish, That they may know that You, Whose name alone is the Lord, are the Most High over all the earth." (Psalm 83:1-18 AMP)

What do we do?

Then Jesus made a circuit of all the towns and villages. He taught in their meeting places, reported kingdom news, and healed their diseased bodies, healed their bruised and hurt lives. When he looked out over the crowds, his heart broke. So confused and aimless they were, like sheep with no shepherd. "What a huge harvest!" he said to his disciples. "How few workers! On your knees and pray for harvest hands!" Matthew 9:35-38 (MSG)

As we look out and see so much needing to be done we could become discouraged, I mean look at the verses above. Even Jesus “heart broke”, seeing how many were in need, with seemingly so few workers available. Jesus didn't stay in that place of “o, what do we do?” He knew what to do! Right now we just need to follow his example.

“So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.”(Matt.9:38 NLT)

Lord, what we need today are people—people that are willing to serve, to give, to labor with compassion among the people. We need people whose hearts are broken for the condition of God's people. This is what we pray. Amen—so be it Lord.

Don't Stop!

Pray for All Men

"Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time, for which I was appointed a preacher and an apostle—I am speaking the truth in Christ and not lying—a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth." 1 Timothy 2:4-7

I love these verses and the prayer they hold within, the lifting up of those in authority, that all men be saved and walk in peace whether Gentile or Jew.

We are entering into a time of change in government, this is a year of election and change . Think of the alignment God has set in motion!

Stay focused, stay in prayer! When you don't know what words to pray just remember 1 Timothy 2:1-7 and always praying in the Spirit. Stay with it remember as pray-ers you are the front lines going forth!

Glorify Him!

"By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples." John 15:8 (NKJV)

Praying this week that each and every one of us bears fruit (what kind of fruit? Christlikeness!). In bearing fruit God is glorified. When He is glorified we are able to be true disciples. A disciple is a learner, one who follows both the teaching and the teacher.

This week be a learner!

Love and Blessings!

p.s. Remember He chose us:
"You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you."

Don't give up on America!

I have to admit a bit ago I was feeling down, things in the natural didn’t seem to be going the way "I" was thinking they should be. Why do these people keep getting placed in positions of authority that just are not who "I" think should be there? How do I keep being positive? Then the Lord downloaded in my spirit,

"The key to turning America around is not the Placement of men in office but the prayers of God's chosen. Man will not save this land. The true power does not come from an appointment/seat in Washington, but the THRONE ROOM of our God. Jehovah Shammah"

I looked up Jehovah Shammah it appears first in the Old Testament Ezekiel 48:35, “...and the name of the city from that day shall be: THE LORD IS THERE.” DO you get it? GOD IS THERE! He has not deserted or forgotten us! GLORY TO GOD!!!!

Don’t give up, don't give in. Keep praying according to the direction we have been given and be ready for this nation to be rocked.

“I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them. Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity. This is good and pleases God our Savior, who wants everyone to be saved and to understand the truth.”
1 Timothy 2:1-4 (NLT)

We are different for a reason.

We each have purpose, not just any purpose but God given. The one given to me is different from yours thats one of the reasons why we are each amazing in our own way. Do not look down on someone just because they have a different call than you, one that you do not understand or find interest in. The world is made up of different people with different interest and backgrounds, introverts and extroverts. You being who you are in Christ are going to be able to reach people I never would be able to and vice versa. As Christ followers the one thing we must all do is love people (John 10:34).

Be doers!

"Don't fool yourself into thinking that you are a listener when you are anything but, letting the Word go in one ear and out the other. Act on what you hear!"James 1:22 (msg)

and...

"Real religion, the kind that passes muster before God the Father, is this: Reach out to the homeless and loveless in their plight, and guard against corruption from the godless world." James 1:27(msg)

That's what we are supposed to be doing not only hearing what our Father says but DOING what he says. We are to put action to the things He tells us to do. Tonight let's be in agreement that we are all doers of what HE speaks to us.

Why a Solemn Assembly of Prayer and Fasting?

Why gather together in prayer for our land? In Joel chapter two, an ancient Hebrew prophet speaks to a nation in crisis and gives her God’s solution: gather together, repent of their sins, and pray to God to intervene on their behalf. In that day the command was for everyone to stop what they were doing and gather for a sacred assembly to turn to God with all their hearts,

"with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning" (Joel 2:12).

Why did God desire fasting, weeping, and mourning – or, to put it differently, contrition and humility – from the people? A "sacred assembly" (Joel 2:15) was a gathering that served a few purposes: first, in gathering, the people were acknowledging that their nation had drifted away from its foundations in morality and faith. Because of this moral decline, the people were not prepared to face the external threats rising up against them: economic, political, and military in nature. God wanted His people to understand that their internal threats (moral decline) were far greater than their external threats (economic crisis and military invasion).
In gathering together, God wanted the people instructed so that they would know why their nation was in peril. God wanted the people – from the children and nursing babes to the leaders and priests (Joel 2:16) – to all completely understand both the nature of the crisis at hand and the only solution that would deliver them from their great crisis: God Himself. God ordained in that hour of history that prayer would serve as the only way of escape from the mounting trouble. Why? Because only God had the power to solve both the internal moral decline and the external economic and military threats. All three were unsolvable by human means and human solutions – but God had a solution that could be found in His great mercy.
In gathering together, therefore, the people could cry out together with their leaders in humility and repentance led by their priests (Joel 2:17). There is power from heaven available to those who gather together and pray. We see a "Joel 2" gathering at the beginning of the book of Acts with a "Joel 2" answer in the outpouring of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2).

The greatest missions movements in history – starting with the Apostle Paul – were launched out of prayer gatherings like the one in Acts 13. The great Catholic, Protestant, and Student Volunteer missions movements were all launched out of gatherings of prayer. The greatest revivals in history, such as the First and Second Great Awakenings, were also birthed out of sustained, persistent gatherings of prayer. Dramatic things have happened throughout many generations when the people of God come together and seek His face. Who knows what can happen in our generation when we gather together to worship Jesus, fast and pray, and believe for great change in our nation?

Our True Value

"Our true value is based not on our behavior or the approval of others but on what God's word says is true. Our behavior is often a reflection of our beliefs about who we are. It is usually consistent with what we think to be true about ourselves (Prov 23:7). If we base our worth solidly on the truths of God's word, then our behavior will often reflect His love, grace, and power. But if we base our worth on our abilities or the fickle approval of others, then our behavior will reflect the insecurity, fear, and anger that comes from such instability."

So what is true about us the second we accept Christ, these things:

• I am forgiven. Col 2:13–14

• I am a child of God. John 1:2; Rom 8:15

• I received Christ's KIND of life, eternal: John 5:24

• I was delivered from Satan's domain and into the Kingdom of Christ: Col 1:13

• Christ came to dwell with me. Col 1:27; Rev 3:20

• I am a new Creation: 2 Cor 5:17

• I am declared righteous by God: 2 Cor 5:21

• I entered a love relationship w/ God: 1 John 4:9-11

• I am accepted by God: Col 1:19-22

Jehovah Nissi, The Lord my Banner of VICTORY!

We have at sometime or another felt maybe we did not have the knowledge or the strength to accomplish some task, but the point is we don't, on our own that is. When we remember that Jesus is our banner, the standard that goes before us to make you a conqueror.

"Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place." (2 Cor. 2:14).

When God gave you a dream/vision to go out and serve Him, as a minister, teacher, preacher, or in the marketplace He didn't expect you to do it on your own! He sent us the Holy Spirit, holding up Jesus before us (our Banner) all things are not only possible but finished! Glory to God! Wherever you go remember it's not you, but Jesus! With Him before us there is nothing impossible!

Encourage!

What is one of the number one things we are supposed to do for one another? ENCOURAGE! Below is the definition of encourage along with some synonyms:

"Encourage, inspirit, hearten, embolden mean to fill with courage or strength of purpose. encourage suggests the raising of one's confidence especially by an external agency<the teacher's praise encouraged the students to greater efforts>. inspirit, somewhat literary, implies instilling life, energy, courage, or vigor into something <patriots inspirited the people to resist>. hearten implies the lifting of dispiritedness or despondency by an infusion of fresh courage or zeal <a hospital patient heartened by good news>. embolden implies the giving of courage sufficient to overcome timidity or reluctance <emboldened by her first success, she tried an even more difficult climb>."

We encourage one another in many ways. Lets come together and pray for one another. Lift up specific ministries (and people) the Holy Spirit brings to you.

“So we keep on praying for you, asking our God to enable you to live a life worthy of his call. May he give you the power to accomplish all the good things your faith prompts you to do. Then the name of our Lord Jesus will be honored because of the way you live, and you will be honored along with him. This is all made possible because of the grace of our God and Lord, Jesus Christ.” 2 Thessalonians 1:11

This week be an encourager, starting now pray the Holy Spirit leads you to someone you can encourage. It doesn't have to be major, sometimes a simple phone call, or text saying “thinking of you”, or “love ya’ “ can make the world of difference in not only a persons day, but life. God is GOOD!

"There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. We love Him because He first loved us." 1 John 4:18-19

Are you teaching, modeling God's love to the children in your life? The best way to love our children is to love our Lord first....His love is PERFECT no lack, no disappointments. Pray for the younger generations around us to know His love first!

Pray diligently for our nation, now is not the time to give up or become discouraged a new awakening to God and His purpose for this land is beginning take your place! Love one another, stay focused on His plan not our own, ask for direction in your personal prayer times. Big changes are on the horizon reach out and grab hold, it’s not just about us as individuals but we as the Church.

“I will give you peace in the land, and you will be able to sleep with no cause for fear. I will rid the land of wild animals and keep your enemies out of your land.” Leviticus 26:6

Salt and Light

“You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? It will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless.
You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father."
Matthew 5:13-16 (NLT)

Praying this week that we may all be salt and light to the world around us. As Christians we need to be adding flavor to the lives around us joy, hope, peace those things that truly only come from our Father. Shine His light do not try and hide it be who He meant you to be!

Don't Hold Back!

Know that before you were born, before the earth was with form He knew you! Each of us has a part in His plan. Be excited! Pray for one another to not hold back on the gifts He has given. That all we do glorifies God and shows others Jesus in us. Pray that spiritual ears are open to the guiding of the Holy Spirit. Everything we do needs to start with and end in praise to our Father, let the world see that in each of us.

A guide to build up...

“Then, after doing all those things,
I will pour out my Spirit upon all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy.
Your old men will dream dreams,
and your young men will see visions" Joel 2:28

Have you really listened to the children/youth around you? They are filled with dreams and vision. Pray for them to remain strong/positive in those dreams/vision's God has given them. Pray with them! Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you on speaking with the young ones you come in contact with, to build them up, to help them with understanding and the steps to make things happen.

“Write my answer plainly on tablets,
so that a runner can carry the correct message to others.
This vision is for a future time.
It describes the end, and it will be fulfilled.
If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently,
for it will surely take place.
It will not be delayed" Habakkuk 2:2-3

Pay Attention...

"Till I come, devote yourself to [public and private] reading, to exhortation (preaching and personal appeals), and to teaching and instilling doctrine. Do not neglect the gift which is in you, [that special inward endowment] which was directly imparted to you [by the Holy Spirit] by prophetic utterance when the elders laid their hands upon you [at your ordination]. Practice and cultivate and meditate upon these duties; throw yourself wholly into them [as your ministry], so that your progress may be evident to everybody. Look well to yourself [to your own personality] and to [your] teaching; persevere in these things [hold to them], for by so doing you will save both yourself and those who hear you. "(1 Timothy 4:13-16 AMP)

Stay built up individually and as a body. Read the Word, pray in the spirit for yourself, your family, church family, and Pastors! Listen, we were not chosen to just blow around in the wind but given the anchor of the Word, and a guide that cannot get lost, the Holy Spirit.

Rise up. Break free.

These to simple, two word statements are what the Lord has dropped in my spirit for 2015. Without a doubt this new year is filled with promise and expectation but to receive that promise it's up to me to rise up and grab hold of it. Even the children of Israel with the promise of freedom had to first take a step in the waters of the Red Sea before they saw the parting of the waters and the pathway through made clear for them. Once that first step is made bonds are broken and freedom becomes reality.

Love and Blessings to all may 2015 be the year you Rise up and Break free!
