Pray for our Land

Father God we honor you and we trust you for the protection of our land and the land of Israel. We thank you for the many blessings you have given to this country and we as a people turn to YOU now, we thank you for forgiveness. We thank you for the Blood of Jesus that washes away sin and makes us whole. Father we pray that this land awakens to you, knowing beyond any doubt that YOU are our source. Governments of  man are but for a short time while your kingdom is forever! We praise you for all our needs are met by you, for the purpose of showing your love and greatness to those around us. That all we come to know you. Tonight we stand in unity that those in leadership positions will come to know you and be saved.  We thank you for the Holy Spirit that you sent to us that we are NEVER alone. Lord you alone are our safety and refuge. You are GOD and we trust in YOU! Amen!

2 Corinthians:16-18

"So we’re not giving up. How could we! Even though on the outside it often looks like things are falling apart on us, on the inside, where God is making new life, not a day goes by without his unfolding grace. These hard times are small potatoes compared to the coming good times, the lavish celebration prepared for us. There’s far more here than meets the eye. The things we see now are here today, gone tomorrow. But the things we can’t see now will last forever."
2 Corinthians:16-18 (MSG)
Take time and pray for those that have been affected by storms yesterday and today. No matter what the circumstances look like our God is so much bigger!

Sunday, April 27, 2014

“Do you see what this means—all these pioneers who blazed the way, all these veterans cheering us on? It means we’d better get on with it. Strip down, start running—and never quit! No extra spiritual fat, no parasitic sins. Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we’re in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed—that exhilarating finish in and with God—he could put up with anything along the way: Cross, shame, whatever. And now he’s there, in the place of honor, right alongside God. When you find yourselves flagging in your faith, go over that story again, item by item, that long litany of hostility he plowed through. That will shoot adrenaline into your souls!” Hebrews 12:1-3 (MSG)

Do you know God did not give you a vision that would fail? That fact alone is so exciting praise Him!! Take the Word in, make it part of you. Glory to God! You are never alone, Praise HIM! Stay focused, on the Father, get rid of anything that tries to say you can’t, You WILL! Glory, He is AMAZING, and He chose you for His own. Take this time for thanking Him, feel the excitement that comes from knowing you are loved, that ALL men are loved. Wherever you are this week let the love of God shine through you so that all will see and seek that same love.

Pray for those in authority tonight in our Government.

“Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made
for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all
godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires
all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.”
1 Timothy 2:1-4 (NKJV)

1. Pray for our leaders in government. We ask that those in authority, through Godly wisdom and personal integrity, make the right decisions for our state/nation.
" Obey them completely, and you will display your wisdom and intelligence among the surrounding nations. When they hear all these decrees, they will exclaim, ‘How wise and prudent are the people of this great nation!’ 7 For what great nation has a god as near to them as the Lord our God is near to us whenever we call on him?"
Deuteronomy 4:6-7(NLT)

2. Pray that elected leaders will be supportive of Israel.
“The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD, like the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes.” Proverbs 21:1 (NKJV)

3. Pray for our nation and for spiritual and patriotic revival in the land.
" Now go! I will be with you as you speak, and I will instruct you in what to say.” Exodus 4:12(NLT)

Pray for your Pastor

Take time and pray for your pastor, worship leaders, and teachers in your church home tonight. After you do take another moment and pray for other churches in your area. Remember one body, many members! Praying for one another is what builds the Body of Christ.

"For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy; giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.
(Col. 1:9-12)

Purpose......Praise

Although we should appreciate and appropriate the abundant provision God gives us, we must always remember the provision is not the point.

Our purpose here on the earth is not to just enjoy God's blessings. Our purpose is to fulfill the mission Jesus has given us as His ambassadors. Our purpose is to penetrate the darkness and bring people His light.

The only way for us to successfully do that is by staying in constant contact with Him.

Tonight take time to spend with Him pray in the Spirit, and take the time to really listen to Him. The purpose He has for each individual in the Body is amazing to say the least! Just begin to praise Him and see what unfolds!

Psalm 150 (New Living Translation)
1 Praise the Lord!

Praise God in his sanctuary;
praise him in his mighty heaven!
2 Praise him for his mighty works;
praise his unequaled greatness!
3 Praise him with a blast of the ram’s horn;
praise him with the lyre and harp!
4 Praise him with the tambourine and dancing;
praise him with strings and flutes!
5 Praise him with a clash of cymbals;
praise him with loud clanging cymbals.
6 Let everything that breathes sing praises to the Lord!

Praise the Lord!

You are chosen!

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a dedicated nation, [God’s] own purchased, special people, that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and perfections of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. (1 Peter 2:9 AMP)

I love this!! Reading the above verse reminds me of the great plan God has for each of us.. Praise The Lord!! Praise Him for choosing you for this day and time. Next be sure and take the time to let a young person how wonderful and key to the kingdom of God they are :)

Do We Really Understand?

Just a thought. Do many of us really understand the seriousness of prayer? The importance? A lot of times Prayer is regulated to before bedtime and meals.....if that often. To a whining of what we want from God. Wake up, people! Prayer is so much more. It is the communication between ourselves and our Father that leads to relationship, what we were created for! Prayer is a mighty weapon! Prayer is the first weapon in the arsenal given to us. The bible shows us this more than once the people are called together for prayer in a circumstance that in the natural seems insurmountable but through steadfast prayer walls are crumpled, armies turn and run, droughts end.

Prayers for the Nation

Positive praying for our Nation need's to be a part of us. It is not time to lose our focus, do not become discouraged. Don't give up! Stay in that place of heartfelt prayer.  We are at a true time of change, can you feel it? The earth is groaning for change in itself, we see that all around us. People and Nations are grasping for change, when we know as believers the only real change happens when we accept Jesus as our Lord. Tonight pray: 1 Timothy 2 (Amplified Bible)

1FIRST OF all, then, I admonish and urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be offered on behalf of all men,
2For kings and all who are in positions of authority or high responsibility, that [outwardly] we may pass a quiet and undisturbed life [and inwardly] a peaceable one in all godliness and reverence and seriousness in every way.

3For such [praying] is good and right, and [it is] pleasing and acceptable to God our Savior,

4Who wishes all men to be saved and [increasingly] to perceive and recognize and discern and know precisely and correctly the [divine] Truth.

5For there [is only] one God, and [only] one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus,

6Who gave Himself as a ransom for all [people, a fact that was] attested to at the right and proper time.

Pray for our country, its leaders to listen to the Holy Spirit, for godly men to be placed in authority. Pray for protection for our armed forces as we are in a season of heightened watch against  terrorist activities. Pray for Israel that she is protected in these same ways. That her people know they are not alone that WE do stand beside Israel. As Christians God made us stewards of the nation He gave us. It's time to renew our minds to that truth and get involved again in the shaping of America.

Pray for the peace of Israel.

Pray for Israel as we enter into the week of Passover pray for peace in Israel  justice for the Jewish people and an awakening among her people. A special prayer also for those of us in America to come to a special revelation to the importance of Israel right now at this time that we see how Israel goes so goes America... Love and Blessings!

“Celebrate the Festival of Unleavened Bread; for seven days eat bread made without yeast, as I commanded you. Do this at the appointed time in the month of Aviv, for in that month you came out of Egypt." Exodus 23:15

We pray blessings over our Jewish friends as they enter the Passover Feast around the world. May the Lord of Covenant bless them with everything that is good, with strength for the day and with everlasting joy.  May the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob keep Israel and her people safe and may his protection by with them as they go and as they come during this sacred celebration of deliverance. May the Almighty’s peace fill their hearts and may His unconditional love keep them in all of their ways. Amen

April 13,2014

Key things to remember.......Always, always “give God the Glory” (Is.2:17) It does not matter who you are nothing is accomplished without Him. He is our provider in all areas. (remember that “good idea” you had? Yep, that was GOD!)

“Activate faith” (James 2:26) Once He has given you that idea, plan, vision for ministry/workplace/family it's time to walk it out. Our part in His plan requires action on our part remember, Revelation 3:8

“....I have opened a door for you that no one can close. You have little strength, yet you obeyed my word and did not deny me.”

We pray for these things that first God be given full and complete GLORY in all that is done. That we are walking out in ACTIVE FAITH. Now we pray for new refreshing and revelation from the Holy Spirit in lives tonight.

Love and Blessings!

"Glorify the Lord, O Jerusalem!
Praise your God, O Zion!
For he has strengthened the bars of your gates
and blessed your children within your walls.
He sends peace across your nation

Pray for Our Land

The Lord is GOOD! We have been praying for rain for the land, something he already promised we would have in our season. I believe that season has begun! Now is the time to continue praising Him for that rain but also it is time to ask the Lord for the rain of the Holy Spirit over our Nations. Do not hold back your prayers! We do not have to understand all the plan but know He does. Keep speaking the Word, pray for laborers to be sent forth. Pray for men and women of integrity to have boldness to stand for our Father God in every area of government and business.

Matt. 5:7
7 Blessed are the merciful,
For they shall obtain mercy.

Zechariah 10:1
1 Ask the LORD for rain
In the time of the latter rain.[a]
The LORD will make flashing clouds;
He will give them showers of rain,
Grass in the field for everyone.

Matt. 9:38
38 Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”

God will bring increase, 1 Corinthians 3:6:
6 I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase.

Love and blessings!!

Pray for Israel/Jerusalem God's promises are for all time. Jerusalem is His this will not change.

"Regarding Zion, I can’t keep my mouth shut,
regarding Jerusalem, I can’t hold my tongue,
Until her righteousness blazes down like the sun
and her salvation flames up like a torch.
Foreign countries will see your righteousness,
and world leaders your glory.
You’ll get a brand-new name
straight from the mouth of God.
You’ll be a stunning crown in the palm of God’s hand,
a jeweled gold cup held high in the hand of your God.
No more will anyone call you Rejected,
and your country will no more be called Ruined.
You’ll be called Hephzibah (My Delight),
and your land Beulah (Married),
Because God delights in you
and your land will be like a wedding celebration.
For as a young man marries his virgin bride,
so your builder marries you,
And as a bridegroom is happy in his bride,
so your God is happy with you." Is. 62:1-5 (MSG)

Praying For Your Pastor

One of the greatest honors we can bestow upon our pastors is to consistently pray for them. The enemy works hard to fool us into thinking that pastors don’t need prayer or that our prayers for them are ineffective. But, that is not true. Your pastor is counting on your prayers and in times of trouble he will greatly benefit from them. I believe that we should set aside some time daily to pray for our pastors and their families. It doesn't always have to be a formal time and in a specific setting. Do it whenever God puts your Pastor on your heart. When you are driving along and you suddenly think of your Pastor, pray for him. Take it as a cue from God and do it right then. Remember, you don’t have to be in a specific setting and your prayer does not have to be long.

Pray for God to guide them, give them supernatural strength, protect them, and give them wisdom. There are many other things we can pray so it is important to ask the Holy Spirit to guide your prayers for them.

"Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God." Romans 8:26-27 (KJV)

Expectation for a generation

The word EXPECTATION keeps flashing before my eyes. It's time to not just hope for but expect great things for the Kingdom from this generation. I know beyond a shadow of doubt that we have a generation of young people that are ready to go out and glorify God the Father in Jesus name!

"And then he told them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone. Anyone who believes and is baptized will be saved. But anyone who refuses to believe will be condemned. These miraculous signs will accompany those who believe: They will cast out demons in my name, and they will speak in new languages. They will be able to handle snakes with safety, and if they drink anything poisonous, it won’t hurt them. They will be able to place their hands on the sick, and they will be healed.”

When the Lord Jesus had finished talking with them, he was taken up into heaven and sat down in the place of honor at God’s right hand. And the disciples went everywhere and preached, and the Lord worked through them, confirming what they said by many miraculous signs."
Mark 16:15-20 (NLT)

Pray for a hunger for the things of God, a desire for holiness, wisdom and knowledge of the Word in our younger generation AND families that support all of these things. Be ready BIG things are happening!!

Love and Blessings!
